Delivery is not the end of our involvement. Site teams still have questions about jointing, storage and documentation once the material has arrived, and our technical team stays reachable after the pipe has left the factory.
What this covers
- Technical questions after deliverySite queries on jointing, storage, handling and installation of the delivered pipe are answered by the same technical team that reviewed the order.
- Documentation on requestTest certificates, material data and conformity documents for a delivered batch can be issued after delivery, for submittals or for the project's quality file.
- Reported issuesA reported non-conformance is logged, the batch is identified from the marking on the pipe, and the item is checked against the retained laboratory records for that batch before a response is given.
- Repeat and follow-on ordersRecords of earlier supplies are kept, so a follow-on order for the same project matches the previous delivery in diameter, class and standard.
