An order is only useful when the right pipe reaches the site at the right time. We plan production, packing and dispatch around the project programme, so that material arrives in the sequence it will be installed and can be traced back to its batch.
What this covers
- Requirement review before the orderDiameter, class, standard and quantity are checked against the drawing or BOQ line before production is planned, so the material that leaves the factory is the material the site specified.
- Production planningOrders are scheduled on the extrusion lines by diameter and class. Larger or phased projects can be supplied in agreed call-off lots rather than a single delivery.
- Packing and handlingPipe is bundled, strapped and palletised at the factory to protect it in transit and to make receiving, storage and handling on site straightforward.
- Dispatch coordinationDeliveries from Al Kharj Industrial City are coordinated with the site's receiving schedule. Each consignment leaves with its delivery note; batch test documentation is available on request.
- TraceabilityEvery length is marked with product, size, class and standard, so delivered material can be matched to its production batch and laboratory record.
