Aqtar Najd operates its own laboratory, staffed by qualified engineers and technicians, testing raw materials and finished products to Saudi and international standards. Independent laboratories verify the results. Every certificate on this page is available to download.
Our quality policy
Aqtar Najd is committed to supplying products and services with the highest regard to quality. Management fulfils that commitment by driving quality improvement across the organisation, setting objectives for every function, providing the resources to achieve them, training its people, maintaining documented processes, identifying business risk through continuous analysis, and carrying out internal audit and management review to measure how well the system works. The policy is reviewed periodically.
Our laboratory
The factory operates a laboratory equipped with testing and inspection equipment and supervised by a team of qualified engineers and technicians. Raw materials and finished products are both tested there, against national and international standards.

Independent verification
Our products have been tested by the laboratories of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization and by Al Hoty-Stanger, an independent testing laboratory. SASO testing of UPVC pipe to DIN 8061 and DIN 8062 assessed fifteen properties — marking, dimensions, wall thickness, colour, appearance, internal pressure resistance, 60-minute longitudinal reversion, impact and dichloromethane resistance among them — and returned a conformity assessment of “accept” on every one.

Test report GDL-COB-42248, January 2023. UPVC pipe 160 × 7.7 mm, 10 bar, tested to DIN 8061/8062. Fifteen properties assessed, all conforming.
Al Hoty-Stanger
Report KHSPL23137, July 2023. UPVC pipe 110 × 5.3 mm Class 4, 10 bar. Density, longitudinal reversion, dichloromethane resistance, opacity and Vicat softening point tested to SASO-ISO 1452-2. All results within the standard’s limits.
