How we manufacture
We produce at our own plant in Al Kharj Industrial City, licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and operating under a MODON industrial operating licence. Production, purchasing and quality management are separate departments reporting to the chief executive.
The plant
Aqtar Najd manufactures in Al Kharj Industrial City, south of Riyadh. The site holds a Ministry of Industry licence in production status, a MODON operating licence, and an environmental permit issued by the National Center for Environmental Compliance.

Marking and dispatch
Each length is marked with the brand, size, schedule, standard, ISO reference and production date, then cut to length and prepared for delivery.
Materials
We manufacture from virgin rigid PVC compound, cell class 12454-A, with organic and tin stabilisers. Raw material is tested on intake for gelation, bulk density, particle size, sieve analysis and thermal stability before it is released to production.
Safety and environment
The plant is certified to ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety management, and operates under an environmental permit valid to October 2027.
